What if my item arrives damaged?

If there are any issues with your order including manufacturing defects or incorrect designs, reach out to our team within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item.

Can I return an item even if it is not damaged?

Our products are individually made to order, because of this, unless the item is damaged we are unable to accept returns.

Can I order a custom design not shown on the website?

Yes! We offer personalization options for many of our products. If there is something you would like, email our team and we will help you design it.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the product you choose and the level of customization. Most items will ship between 5-7 business days.
